Hôtel le Dauphin Saint-Hyacinthe

Our room was renovated recently enough to still be very nice and current. The beds and pillows were excellent, very comfortable for 2 great night sleeps. The only disappointments from the room were the size and roughness of the toilet paper and towels. Unfortunately, many otherwise five star innkeepers choose these 2 comfort items to save money/cut costs. The included breakfast would get 5 stars if there were bacon, eggs and Sausages.

Hotel room is clean, new ans comfortable, breakfast has limited choicea of food, mostly breads.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern and beautifully designed hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. A special thank you to the lovely reception staff who were not only welcoming but also gave us a great local recommendation — La Baboche bistro. The food there was absolutely delicious and the experience made our visit even more memorable. Excellent service all around — we’ll definitely be coming back!

We had an accident Christmas Eve on the highway. We were brought to this hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness. The night gentleman was helpful with information and getting us settled quickly. A few hours later, we had a language barrier and the staff was just as kind to work with. She helped us figure out how to get around, and was super kind with making sure we had what we needed. The hotel was comfortable but the staff made it!! We can't say Thank you enough

Clean place, mattresses are a bit too soft for me, but it was still comfortable. AC only goes down to 19C, nothing below that, a bit hot for me. Breakfast was nice. A lot of options to eat for everyone's taste.

We had a great night! Very clean and nice room, lovely bathroom, comfortable beds! And very quiet. Also very good coffee at breakfast which really is a plus! Will come back!

Everything was great. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety of baked goods, eggs but no meat. Room was clean, furniture modern and luxurious, beds soft and large. It has the 5* vibe. Excellent for families. Able to connect to personal Netflix subscription. Free parking onsite and wifi. We arrived late and parking was full, but was able to park for free across the street.

Super nice hotel, clean, modern, had a Mac computer in it, really! Walking distance from a delicious restaurant that’s open 24 hours too. Perfect bed, soft, and reasonable late checkout. Breakfast left a lot to be desired though lol. Also want to thank the staff and manager. I had booked his reservation and accidentally cancelled a few minutes later. We rebooked the reservation and although it was an ordeal to get a refund on the error, the management was supportive and accommodating, so were the staff. Thank you team.
